Hydrolyzed Collagen Products (Powder)

Hydrolyzed collagen is collagen that has been broken into smaller peptides. This processing makes it suitable for powdered products that can be dispersed in liquids or foods.

Hydrolyzed collagen is commonly used to supplement dietary collagen peptides. Clinical studies have examined skin hydration and elasticity, but results vary by product, source, study design, and duration, and stronger independent research is still needed.

Review the label for the collagen source, serving size, other ingredients, and allergen information. Choose a source compatible with your dietary needs, mix it as directed, and store it according to the package instructions.
