A gift card is a form of payment that can be used to make purchases at Scientific Blends in lieu of credit or debit cards. All you need to do is purchase a gift card and your account will then hold a balance that you or the recipient of the gift card can use on future purchases.

To see your gift card balance, check its expiration date, and find your gift card code, please visit your account's Gift Cards tab.

There are many ways to earn reward points! Here's a list of the easiest ways to earn:

• Earn 500 points for creating an account.
• Earn 2,500 points for referring friends who spend more than $50 on their first purchase, and an extra 2,500 points for every 5 people referred.
• Earn 10 points for every $1 spent at our store.
• Earn 100 points for leaving a review (maximum 2 every 30 days).

Some ingredients have limited water solubility and may remain suspended or settle after mixing. Stir or shake the product as directed, use the suggested amount of liquid, and do not add extra powder simply because the drink looks cloudy or leaves sediment.

Use the serving size and measuring method stated on the product label. Powder density differs between ingredients, so do not substitute another product’s scoop or assume that equal volumes have equal weight. Keep the measuring tool dry and do not exceed the label directions.

Keep the container tightly closed and follow the storage conditions on its label. Use a dry measuring tool, protect the powder from moisture, and contact customer support before use if the seal is damaged or the product changes unexpectedly.

Check every Supplement Facts panel before combining products so you do not unintentionally duplicate ingredients. Follow each label and ask a qualified healthcare professional before combining supplements if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or manage a health condition.

Standard 3–5 business day shipping is free within the United States for orders of $99 or more, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Orders under $99 have a $7.99 flat-rate shipping charge. Available rates are confirmed at checkout.

Contact customer support at (689) 986-0028 as soon as possible. An order cannot be canceled after it has shipped. If it has already shipped, contact support before returning anything; eligible returns are handled under the 100 Day Make-it-Right Guarantee.

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, our 100 Day Make-it-Right Guarantee allows you to request refunds or returns within 100 days from purchase. If 100 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
