Hyaluronic acid, also called hyaluronan, is a carbohydrate naturally present in connective tissues, skin, and joint fluid. In supplements it may also appear on a label as sodium hyaluronate, a related salt form.
Creatine is a compound the body makes from amino acids and stores mainly in muscle. Creatine monohydrate is the most widely used and studied supplemental form, and it helps replenish the phosphocreatine system used to produce energy during brief, intense activity.
Measure and mix it according to the product label, using the stated amount of liquid. A loading phase is not something to improvise from general advice; follow the specific label or guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Keep the powder dry and close the container after use.
Use the serving size and mixing directions on the product label. Measure the powder carefully, keep the container tightly closed, and store it as directed in a dry place. Ask a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, take medication, or have a health condition.
Creatine is commonly used alongside training that involves repeated short bursts of high-intensity effort, such as sprinting or weightlifting. Research generally supports benefits for strength, power, and training capacity in these settings, while individual responses vary and benefits for endurance activity are less clear.
Oral hyaluronic acid is commonly included in supplements intended to support skin hydration and healthy joint function. Human studies have reported changes in some skin and knee-comfort measures, but results apply to the specific forms and study groups tested and should not be read as a guaranteed outcome.
AAKG is commonly marketed for workout support because arginine is used by the body to make nitric oxide. Research on exercise outcomes is mixed: one longer study reported improvements in selected strength and power measures, while an acute study found no improvement in muscular performance.
Follow the product label and do not assume that more powder will produce a better workout result. AAKG-containing products have been associated with adverse-event reports, although other ingredients could not always be ruled out. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you take medication or have a health condition.
Alpha-GPC is short for alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine, a choline-containing compound. Choline is used in normal cell-membrane and neurotransmitter pathways, which is why Alpha-GPC appears in some cognition and sports-nutrition supplements.
AAKG stands for L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate. It combines the amino acid L-arginine with alpha-ketoglutarate, a compound involved in normal energy metabolism. It is often sold in pre-workout and sports-nutrition powders.
Alpha-GPC is commonly used in products positioned for focus, cognitive performance, or exercise. Small controlled studies in healthy adults have examined these uses, but the evidence base is still limited, so the research does not support promising the same result for every person.
Use only the serving specified on the product label and measure the powder carefully. Keep it tightly closed and store it according to the label. Because supplements can interact with medicines or health conditions, discuss use with a healthcare professional when either applies.
L-tyrosine is an amino acid used to make proteins. The body can make it from phenylalanine, and it also serves as a precursor in pathways that produce catecholamine neurotransmitters and thyroid hormones.
L-tyrosine is commonly included in supplements intended for focus during demanding conditions. A review of controlled studies found possible cognitive benefits under stress, but judged the overall evidence insufficient for confident recommendations. It should not be treated as a guaranteed focus or performance aid.
Check the Supplement Facts panel for the amount per serving and follow the label's mixing directions. Ask a healthcare professional before use if you take medication or have a health condition.
