L-Glutamine Products

L-Glutamine is an amino acid produced by the body and found in protein-containing foods. It contributes to nitrogen transport and can serve as fuel for certain cells.

L-Glutamine is commonly used in products positioned for exercise recovery and general sports nutrition. A systematic review found no consistent benefit for aerobic performance or body composition in athletes, although research continues on specific outcomes.

Mix the powder only as directed on its label and keep the container tightly closed in the storage conditions listed on the package. Avoid combining multiple glutamine-containing products without checking the total amount.
